Option A - Vegetarian Meal Concept

Nowadays more and more people opt for a vegetarian diet (dairy-free), either for its benefits to their health, or for environmental or animal reasons. Even if you are not a vegetarian, you have a friend or relative who is, and when you receive them at your house, there is always that issue regarding the menu: should we cook something different for that person or should we cook something that satisfies and includes everyone who is attending?

Delicious meals and/or snacks without any animal products.

Beginners in the kitchen, curious or whoever is making the transition to a healthier diet. Individual or group events. Gather some family or friends and spice things up with a group event!

Where

In Lisbon. Possibility of performing in Setúbal.

How

I go to the person's house, and teach and help them to prepare some vegetarian recipes that will be enjoyed afterwards.

Option B - Eco-Lifestyle Concept

Nowadays people are becoming more and more aware of the impact human actions, behaviour and habits have on our planet. Sometimes when we start to become aware of that, we get overwhelmed by the changes we want to do, or need to do, or we just don't know how or where to start our transition.

 

What

Understanding of the concept, setting achievable goals and a feasible plan to transition to more eco-friendly self.

 

Who

Beginners in the kitchen, curious or whoever is making the transition to a healthier diet. Individual or group sessions.

Where

In Lisbon. Possibility of performing in Setúbal.

How

I can either go to you house, or you can come to my house (or even a coffee shop). We have a couple of sessions (or as many as needed) where we talk about the subject and I share with you my insights about it, what I do, shoulds and don'ts, and I help them understand the concept, what changes can be done in their lives to achieve a more environmental friendly conduct.

Option C - Vegetarian Diet Concept

Nowadays more and more people opt for a vegetarian diet (dairy-free), either for its benefits to their health, or for environmental or animal reasons. If you are considering to adopt this kind of diet, it is better to do it properly and get to know beforehand how to make those adjustments.

Basic knowledge to move towards this type of diet without worrying about having deficit nutricional incomes, which might lead to health issues.

 

Who

Whoever is making the transition to a healthier diet, or is curious about it.

Individual or group sessions.

In Lisbon. Possibility of performing in Setúbal.

How

I can either go to you house, or you can come to my house (or even a coffee shop). We have a couple of sessions (or as many as needed) where we talk about the subject and I share with you my insight about it, what I do, shoulds and don'ts, and I help them understand the concept. Later, we will try some recipes in order to put in practice some of the new tips.
